Cost and timing

The delivery time depends on the forwarder you have selected.

France Métroplitaine
Chronopost : 24H to 48H – 10€

European Union and Switzerland
Chronopost : 24H à 48H – 15€

International
Chronopost : 48H à 72H – 25€
The delivery time will depend on the country of destination. Usually packages are delivered between 4-6 days.

Tracking your shipment

For all orders placed on our online shop, you will receive a tracking number which will allow you to follow your order.

The items will be delivered at the shipping fee given on our website. Shipments to customers living abroad may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery dates are dependent on the postal services in the land where the order was made; therefore we are unable to guarantee delivery times. If the buyer refuse to accept his order, we will not reimburse any postal or delivery costs.

Delivery problems

 In case of absence, a delivery notice should be left in your mailbox. This notice will tell you where and when to retrieve your order, or if another delivery has been scheduled.

After a certain amount of time, the order may be returned to Permanentvacationclothing.

Damaged packages

Please do not sign for a damaged package (damaged or open box). If you do, we will unfortunately be unable to reimburse you for any damaged or missing items.

Lost packages

In case you have not received your package more than 6 days after shipment, please contact us. We will contact the forwarder and inform you what happened.
